I’ll never forget opening up my emails to find a message from my good friend Jordan who shared with me an article entitled: “The Price of the Promise–The Power of Network Marketing”. In this business of direct sales/network marketing, many people invest an enormous amount of effort and time in bringing in a new business partner.  But without setting the proper expectations and helping them get quick results (earn their ROI month one, achieve a company “fast start” bonus or goal, and get their first customer and partner), many new people leave this business before they even get started.

When I started with my company, my mom and I were two of the first distributors. We didn’t have training materials, trainers, or systems at the time. We had to develop those systems–and learn how to set expectations.…

Network marketing truly ROCKS! It’s one of the smartest forms of distribution, where it cuts out the middleman, overhead, employees, and a brick and mortar building–and allows us as distributors to leverage strong brands and promote powerful products, and potentially earn a really lucrative income!

Developing a rockin customer base is essential in our profession. It’s a great way to earn upfront money, and of course, residual income as your customers reorder from you. Customers also make the best “evangelists” for the product, often times telling others about their results–and referring people on!…

It’s January 21, and we are officially 3 weeks in to the New Year…how are those business goals coming along?

In order to stay fully connected and committed to our business, we must focus on our vision, or reason WHY before we can focus on the HOW!

Successful people always focus on the end results, while others get stuck on how they will get there. One of the most important exercises you can do as you begin your business is to identify your “Reason Why”. Ask yourself: What is driving you emotionally to develop a successful business?

Your “why” is your long term vision for success.…

By now you know my story–formerly shy, broke, young kindergarten teacher, turns million dollar earner in Network Marketing in four short years! Thanks to the hard work of our team of rock stars, by the age of 29 I became my company’s first 6-figure MONTHLY earner, and we’ve mentored many 6- and 7-figure earners on our team who drive free cars, and are enjoying luxury trips to fabulous destinations!
