Power of Duplication in Network Marketing and How to Start New Distributors POWERFULLY:

Welcome to week 4 of our New Year kick of series to “Rock Your Network Marketing Business this year″. Week 1 we discussed Planning and Goal Setting. Week 2 we discussed Promoting Product. Week 3 we discussed Power Prospecting and How to Rock Your Recruiting. This week we talk about how to Powerfully Launch New Distributors, and the Power of Duplication.

Whether you’re new and want tips to help you launch powerfully–or you’re a leader wanting to refine your skills on starting “newbies” strong, this one is for YOU!

SUMMARY: Here are “5 Firsts” To Focus On When Starting A Newbie Strong (or to start yourself strong)

1) Schedule an enrollment appointment so a new distributor understands the best options for enrolling (benefits of suggested product packages, auto-ships, etc). Then do a website walkthrough, so they know how to place an order and where to find valuable resources, training, etc.

HOMEWORK: teach them how to create their prospecting list (who to invite to take a look at their new business–you will discuss how during their first training).

2) On one of your first trainings, review the prospecting list, and teach inviting language, so they can begin inviting prospects to calls with you, coffee, meetings or events.

CHALLENGE:  Make a list of 200 people you want to share your new business with. Go through your phone and Facebook A-Z! Reach out to those 200 people this week (via FB messenger, text, email, or call)! Expect “no!” If you offered 200 people any job, only 10% or less would take interest. Less than that would take action! That’s why there is power in working through the numbers. Be sure to follow up asking “did you get my message? Just following up…” Sometimes it takes a few touches.

3) Launch their business with a live event! If local, do it with them. If not, use virtual technology like Skype, Facetime, or Google Hangouts!

CHALLENGE: Schedule 3 launch events in your first and second week. Invite your friends to ALL 3! This gives your friends three different times to attend. We will do the presentation for all of them… all you have to do is INVITE!

4) Launch them via social media (as referenced in the video above). Continue to use social media to generate interest. (*watch my Social Media Part 1 & 2 Videos for complete social media training).

CHALLENGE: One post per day (which keeps leads coming your way)–share “stories”–before and afters, testimonials, success stories of the business and product, and press!

5) Daily activity! Teach them: a few new contacts per day keeps leads coming your way! Keep “exciting and inviting”! Then stay plugged into team systems, trainings, etc.

CHALLENGE: Reach out to 3-5 NEW people a day, and follow up with at least one per day!

BONUS TIP: Check in with your newbies often asking “Who’s your hottest prospect? How can I help you reach out them (or close them)?”
