It is GREAT customer service to reach out to your customers, monthly!

Ask each customer these 5 questions:
1. How are you loving your products?
2. What are you running low on?
3. Can I make a recommendation or tell you the current promotions?
4. I’m not sure if I mentioned this to you, but as a distributor, I get an incredible discount on the products… 50% of initially (consultant kits) and then 25% off there after (consultant discount).
5. Who do you know that you think this would be great for? I’m looking for referrals.

It is GREAT customer service to reach out every month on the first of the month!
