February was a short month, but our T.E.A.M. made a major milestone! I wasn’t going to say anything, but then I realized that it’s a team achievement and they deserve to celebrate what they’ve accomplished! Here’s the story-=>

I found network marketing as a formerly shy, young teacher in my 20’s. I was facing the loss of my job, and started working my business part-time alongside of my job. By the end of the school year, I retired from teaching and began working my business full-time, for the next 5 years. By the age of 29, we were the first in our company to earn 6-figures MONTHLY, and this February we were the first to enter into our company’s “5 million dollar circle!”…

Have you seen the Disney movie, Frozen?

I’ve had many friends tell me that we should go see it, with or without children so we bought it on Apple TV the other day. Frozen is a story of 2 sisters, and there is an underlying theme of rejection and isolation.

Elsa (the older sister) had hurt her younger sister Anna. As a result of this accident, she put up walls of isolation to protect her sister, and ultimately protect herself. She lived in a place of isolation and complacency. Anna experienced horrible rejection from Elsa, but she didn’t know why.…

What will people think of me“??? Struggle with the disease to please?

*NOTE: The video may be more business specific, but the blog text below it will bless anyone that is wanting to learn and grow in this area!

Let’s face it–in our business we face a LOT of rejection–people telling us “no”, people who leave the business, people who have opinions about the business, and some people may not celebrate our success or support our excitement along the way!

How we respond to opposition affects our outcome.…

Sharing Your Story On Social Media

Social Media is a powerful place to tell your “story”, as social media is now the #1 activity on the web! Recently, Facebook traffic surpassed Google traffic. What does this mean to our business? Since we are living in a social economy, who you know and what they have to recommend is more influential now than ever before! People trust their friend’s opinions and recommendations. Social media is a great tool of engagement to expose people to your business and products.

When using social media, create posts that engage and inspire, and people will want to follow you!…

Prospecting and inviting is the most critical skill you need to develop to find success in your network marketing career. Prospecting is talking to people, and sharing your product and business, and inviting them to learn more via call, coffee, live meeting or event. How many will you have to talk to before you find success? Watch this video below to hear my odds–remember, yours could be different but it will give you a realistic idea of how long it could take, and that we need to maintain “marathon mentality”– it’s not a sprint or a race. Those who win, endure!…

5 “Firsts” How to Rock A Fast Start In Network Marketing

Hey there Rock Stars, Sarah “Rockin” Robbins here!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being asked to train on two team calls, as well as on my own team call. I decided to choose a topic that I have recently been reflecting on–the power of a “fast start”–how to start newbies strong!

After recruiting 10 new people personally last month, I really honed in on what the most important things are to get new people into action—and how to keep them (and myself) from getting overwhelmed, and get them off to a rockin start!…

Many people are amazed by my story– formerly shy kindergarten teacher turned 6-figure per month earner in network marketing in just 5 years! To be honest, my story surprises me too! Many people ask how I did it, and I tell them: I was coachable, and committed to daily activity, and long-term success!

When I started my business I was shy, young, and broke–and to be honest, I didn’t have much of a network. I knew to be successful in a business of networking, I would have to make some “exchanges” of time–get out of my comfort zone to “go where the people are”–be patient, and celebrate my progress along the way.…

I know I am! What a blessing it is to walk out our reason “why” and do what we LOVE every single day! That’s what gets us so excited!!! I was looking back in messages, and found this little gem! I LOVE network marketing!! Enjoy…

3-Way Calling is an important tool in our MLM/ Network Marketing Toolbox.

What is a 3 way call?

A 3 way call (or conference call) is when a consultant brings their guest on the line with you (the sponsor) to hear more about your story and the company story.

Why are 3 way calls important?

These calls provide third-party validation, and social-proof (allows guests to see what’s possible by hearing other success stories). For new distributors, the calls are invaluable as it allows them to get off to a fast start (simply learning the art of inviting–inviting to a presentation or call) and following up with a 3 way call (where their sponsor can help them answer questions, objections, and close).…
