In this business of direct sales/network marketing, many people invest an enormous amount of effort and time in bringing in a new business partner.  But without setting the proper expectations and helping them get quick results (earn their ROI month one, achieve a company “fast start” bonus or goal, and get their first customer and partner), many new people leave this business before they even get started.

Network marketing is one of the smartest business models on the planet! It is a model where it takes ordinary people like me  and helps them to achieve extraordinary results! Where else could a formerly shy teacher in her 20’s compress a 30-50 year career into 3-5 years and elevate to success that others only dream of—and most people can’t even conceive! I’ve fallen head over heels in love with our profession, and if I had to recreate my wealth all over again, I’d do it in network marketing!

A few years ago, I was given a gift…a chance to be mentored by a great man, Christian Diaz. 

 

Chris taught us how to live with integrity, lead with strength, and how to love people and the network marketing profession. When he came on board we were just beginning–no one really knew how to build or lead. Chris poured his time, talent and resources into us. He made our success his full time focus. And by success I’m not just talking about success materially, he was concerned with our inner success as well- who we were, where we were going, and what we were creating in the world.…
