If you want to cancel your membership, head over to your Inner Circle Dashboard. In the top right corner of the Dashboard, you’ll click on your name and choose “My Account” from the drop-down menu. You will see a section named “My Memberships” at the top of the page, and underneath, you’ll see “Cancel.” Click “Cancel” to end your membership.

When you cancel your membership in the middle of a billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle. Once the billing cycle has ended, your membership will be canceled.

If you want to edit your account information, head over to your Inner Circle Dashboard. In the top right corner, you’ll click on your name and choose “My Account” from the drop-down menu. You will see a section named “My Memberships” at the top of the page, and underneath, you’ll see “Change.” Click “Change” to edit your information.

Your billing date is the same date that you enrolled in your membership. Memberships will automatically renew — either monthly or annually – depending upon the membership in which you are enrolled.

To ensure our resources are available to everyone, we’ve implemented a video player that is widely available to the public. We’ve done extensive testing to ensure our videos play on all devices and browser configurations. Before submitting a ticket, make sure you can play videos from Vimeo to see if your device (phone, tablet, computer) is blocking videos. Many factors can affect video playback, including issues with your computer or device. You can attend live coaching sessions in two ways. You can join a live coaching session via Facebook Live in Sarah’s Inner Circle Private Facebook Group, or you can accept a zoom invite via emailed link. Don’t worry if you miss a lived session! You can always go back and view the recorded session in your membership dashboard by clicking on the “Video Library” tab and selecting the past recorded session you want to see.

When you sign up for a membership, either monthly or annually, you’ll have access to the Membership Dashboard. Head over to the “Community” tab and click on it. There, you can click the button that says, “Join the Conversation,”  and a request to join will be sent to our administrators. Once you request to join, one of our administrators will add you.

Your access to the Private Facebook Group will be removed once your membership has been canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
