- All orders will be shipped in a sealable poly mailer.
We will gladly accept exchanges for shirt sizes —for US and Canada orders within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original packaging. All international orders and hats are final sale.
All international orders are shipped per USPS International and have a general delivery time of 7-21 days. USPS International Shipping can not guarantee actual delivery times.
How to start an exchange?
To get started on an exchange, please contact us at CustomerService@SarahRobbins.com and we will confirm your exchange with a Return Authorization # and address to send your product back.
Once received, you will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed & when your exchange ships.
